1. Pursuant to the DepEd Order No. 72, s. 2003 titled Establishment of the Youth or Environment in Schools (YES) Organization and DepEd Order No. 93, s. 2011 titled Mandated Programs, Projects and Activities and Various Forms and Targets Pertinent to the Youth for Environment in Schools (YES) Program on which all Schools Division Offices shall strengthen and ensure the implementation of the Programs, Projects, and Activities (PPAs) of YES-O in schools, this division, through the Youth Formation Program (YFP)-School Governance and Operations Division, hereby announces the conduct of PAGWILIG 2025: Cultivating Eco-Leaders in Action – A Virtual YES-O Camp on September 22-26, 2025 via SDO Dasmarinas Learning Management System (LMS).
2. PAGWILIG 2025 aims to equip the participants with the necessary knowledge and skills in crafting and implementing plans for the Programs, Projects, and Activities (PPAs) of YES-O in schools and review some of the YES-O Program fundamentals. Specifically, participants shall be able to:
• have greater awareness of the National Greening Program (NGP) of the Department of Education (DepEd);
• develop a deeper understanding of the Youth for Environment in Schools Organization (YES-O) Program;
• gain wider appreciation of the mandated Programs, Projects, and Activities (PPAs) and Targets Pertinent to the Youth for Environment in Schools Organization (YES-O) Program;
• equip capabilities to perform various tasks to effectively deliver/ communicate the program to other fellow YES-O members and students; and
• draft an action plan that would be used in preparing effective, applicable, relevant, replicable, and sustainable YES-O initiatives
3. This activity is one of the major undertakings of the YFP banner program titled “PAMMATI: Learner Formation Leadership Caravan”, which can be accessed via SDO Dasmarinas Learning Management System (LMS) through a self-enrollment key to be provided after the accomplishment of the pre-registration link below on or before September 22, 2025:
