1. Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 024 s. 2025 titled “Guidelines on the Implementation of the Expanded Career Progression System for Teachers and School Heads in the Department of Education” and DepEd Order No. 019 s. 2025 titled “Amended Qualification Standards for Teacher I-III, Master Teacher I-IV, and School Principal I-IV Positions, and the Qualification Standards for Newly Created Teacher IV-VII and Master Teacher V Positions,” this Office announces the new composition of Cluster HRMPSB which shall assist the DHRMPSB to facilitate hiring and promotion.
2. Enclosed with this memorandum are the following:
a. Cluster HRMPSB Composition
b. Duties and Responsibilities
3. Membership to the HRMPSB shall be considered as a regular duty, and shall be treated with utmost priority. The membership of the multisectoral representatives in the HRMPSB is valid for the duration of their respective terms of office, as defined by the policies of their individual associations.
4. All Division issuances inconsistent with this Memorandum are hereby repealed and modified accordingly.
5. Immediate dissemination of and strict compliance with this Memorandum is directed.
