1. Relative to PCW Memorandum Circular No. 06, s. 2025 titled “Preparation and Online Submission of Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 Gender and Development (GAD) Plans and Budget” and Regional Memorandum No. 693, s. 2025 pertaining to the above mentioned subject, this Office through the GAD Focal Point System (GFPS) hereby informs the field of the deadline of submission of all Division Offices on September 26, 2025 via this link: https://bit.ly/4A-2026GPB before its submission to the Central Office to be included in the agency-wide GAD Plan and Budget for FY 2026 for endorsement by the Philippine Commission on Women (PCW).
2. The consolidated GPBs from individual schools must align with the Department’s GAD Agenda and all committed GAD activities detailed in the plan are expected to be strictly implemented in FY 2026.
