1. Pursuant to the National Virtual Orientation, through Advisory No. 027, s. 2025 from the Bureau of Education Assessment (BEA) dated September 12, 2025 re: Orientation on the Guidelines for the 2025 Accreditation and Equivalency (A&E)Test Registration and Administration, this Office would like to inform all qualified and interested learners and their parents, and all public elementary and secondary school personnel that the 2025 Accreditation and Equivalency (A&E) Test shall be administered tentatively on March 1, 2026 (Sunday) at Dasmarinas II Central School, Bahay Pag-asa, and Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP).

2. The Registration Period relative to A&E Test Administration shall be on October 6, 2025 to November 3, 2025, Mondays through Fridays (excluding holidays) from 9:00am-4:00pm. Registration Center is the 2nd Floor of the Center for SPED and ALS, Dasmarinas II Central School. All concerned are advised to refer to the registration schedule in Enclosure 1.

3. The following are eligible to register and take the 2025 A&E Test:
a. ALS learners enrolled in the Learner Information System (US) for SY 2025- 2026 on or before October 31, 2025;
b. Previous ALS Program Completers not registered in the US of the current school year who have not taken either the Presentation Portfolio Assessment (PPA) or the Accreditation and Equivalency (A&E) Test;
c. Previous ALS Program Completers not registered in the US of the current school year who did not pass either the Presentation Portfolio Assessment (PPA) or the A&E Test BUT underwent additional learning intervention in the ALS K to 12 Basic Education Curriculum (BEC) certified by the ALS Teacher/Community ALS Implementor/Learning Facilitator (sec Certification of Additional Intervention); and
d. Applicants who are at least 12 years old for the A&E Elementary Level and at least 16 years old for the A&E Junior High School Level on or before the examination day
