1. Relative to DepEd Order No. 35, s. 2016, item 23, this Office announces the conduct of the 2025 Division SLAC DocuFest, as an avenue of identifying potentially replicable practices, highlighting significant practices accomplishments, and establishing a reward system within the division, showcasing the best practices in Collaborative Expertise (CE) through School Learning Action Cells (SLAC).
2. The SLAC Docufest will start from the school selection and preparations on October 7, 2025, following the detailed schedule of activities attached to this memorandum, together with the Mechanics, Rubric for Selecting the Best Practices, Cluster Nomination Form, and SLAC Forms. The exhibit and awarding ceremony will take place on November 7, 2025, at The Bayleaf, General Trias City.
3. The theme for the 2025 Division SLAC DocuFest is: “The transformative role of School Learning Action Cells in strengthening teacher competence, nurturing a culture of continuous improvement, and advancing learner success.”
