1. In line with DM-OUHROD-2025-2481 dated September 4, 2025, relative to the ARAL Tutor Teaching Load Simulator and Monitoring Tool for School Year 2025 2026, this Office, through the Curriculum Implementation Division (CID), shall conduct an Orientation on October 22, 2025, 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon, at the Pag-asa National High School Function Hall, to be attended by all School Heads and designated ARAL Program School Focal Persons.
2. This orientation aims to establish a standardized understanding of the use and operationalization of the ARAL Tutor Teaching Load Simulator and Monitoring Tool. Specifically, it will cover the following:
a. Roles and responsibilities of the Schools Division Office and Schools;
b. Objective and simulation logic of the ARAL Tutor Simulator Tool;
c. Navigation and troubleshooting of the tool; and
d. Process flow for submission, collection, and reporting of ARAL Tutor data.
3. Participation in this activity shall adhere to DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and guidelines.
