1. Authority is hereby granted to Ms. Maricel A. Mendoza, Human Resource Management Officer, to conduct an emergency meeting on October 9, 2025 (Thursday), from 1:00 PM onwards via Microsoft Teams.
2. Participants to this meeting are the Division Performance Management Team (PMT), all School Heads, and one (1) school personnel in-charge of the preparation of PBB FY 2023. The link will be provided to all participants prior the schedule of the meeting.
3. The agenda of the meeting are as follows:
a) Performance-Based Bonus (PBB) for Fiscal Year 2023 Guidelines;
b) Orientation and Validation Schedule; and
c) Other matters.
