1. In line with the commitment to uphold quality management system for education services delivery, a Division Management Committee Meeting for September and October 2025 shall be held on October 23, 2025, 08:00am, at the Enchanted Kingdom, to be attended by Division Unit and Section Heads, School Principals, and Assistant School Principals.

2. Attendance to this activity is strictly on a “no proxy basis”, only those listed in the attached document are authorized to attend. Attendees are expected to be in their comfortable top and jeans, paired with black coat or blazer and sneakers.

3. Transportation expenses may be charged against local office and school funds subject to availability and to the usual auditing and accounting procedures. Everyone is also encouraged to depart from Dasmarinas City at 06:00 am to guarantee that the program starts by 08:00 am.

4. The conduct of this Division Management Committee Meeting is led and hosted by the supervisors and school heads of Cluster IV (see attached program management team).

5. Program collaterals such as art card, programme, FAQs, and map to the venue are attached to this Memorandum for your reference.
