1. Relative to the Division Memorandum No. 777 titled, “Monitoring of Sports Supplies and Equipment Enhancement Distribution (SSEED) Program Batch 5 And Provision of Technical Assistance,” this Office issues the revised schedule of the monitoring.
2. Please be informed that the monitoring schedule for November 8, 2025 has been moved to November 10-14, 2025.
3. Moreover, all other provisions and content of the original memorandum shall remain in effect.
