1. In line with DepEd Order No. 21, s. 2019 titled “Policy Guidelines on the K to 12 Basic Education Program’s National Festival of Talents,” this Office, through the Curriculum Implementation Division (CID), will conduct the 2025 Division Festival of Talents (DFOT) on November 24 – 25, 2025 at designated host schools within the division.

2. The DFOT, as a co-curricular activity, is a clear and proactive reinforcement of the teaching and learning process and reflects a significant association between what the learners learned in school and what they performed and produced during this activity. The conduct of DFOT is consistent with the education agenda: Take care of learners by promoting learner well-being, inclusive education programs, and ensuring that all learners, regardless of background, have access to quality learning opportunities and services.

3. The objectives of the activities are:
3.1 to provide opportunities for learners to showcase their talents and skills;
3.2 to ensure that the physical, social, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual personality of young children are developed; and
3.3 to apply 21st-century skills honed by teachers in their daily activities.

4. Participants in this activity shall adhere to DepEd Order No.9, s. 2009 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time- On -Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and guidelines.
