1. Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 024, s. 2025 titled “Guidelines on the Implementation of the Expanded Career Progression (ECP) System for Teachers and School Heads in the Department of Education”, and its amendments in DepEd Order No. 034, s. 2025, this Office instructs the field to conduct the assessment of classroom observable indicators (COIs) through Classroom Observations for the purpose of ECP, and of the non-classroom observable indicators (NCOIs) through Portfolio Assessment and Behavioral Events Interview (BEI). The results of these assessments shall serve as part of the Comparative Assessment of COIs and NCOIs which constitute 25% and 15% of the assessment results, respectively.
2. For the 3rd Quarter of SY 2025-2026, and preferably during the first three (3) weeks of November 2025, prioritizing the Teacher I incumbents first, all School Heads are instructed to facilitate and expedite the conduct of these assessments of all the teachers who have already submitted their documents for the existing Calls for Reclassification Applications of this Division.
3. The conduct of classroom observations for ECP shall be governed by these guidelines set in Division Memorandum No. 765, s. 2025, and modified as follows:
