1. This is to inform the field that the first day (November 11, 2025) of the Division Training-Workshop on Crafting, Illustrating, and Sharing Stories in the Digital Age is postponed due to the impacts of Super Typhoon Uwan.
2. Training activities from November 12-14, 2025 will push through as scheduled, with certain changes to the session setup. Please be guided by the updated training matrix enclosed in this Memorandum.
3. All other provisions of DM No. 806, s. 2025 and DM No. 820, s. 2025 shall remain in effect unless otherwise stated.
