1. In reference to Division Memorandum No. 735 s. 2025, titled 2025 DCAAM Medical Assessment and Screening of Documents, this Office announces the extension of 2025 Dasmarinas City Athletic Association Meet (DCAAM) Screening of Documents to November 18-19, 2025. Also, the final submission of all documents is on November 19, 2025.
2. Documents will be submitted to the Screening Committee at Bulwagang Sigasig.
3. All other provisions in Division Memorandum No. 735, s. 2025 shall remain in effect, unless otherwise modified in subsequent issuances.
4. Participation to this activity shall observe DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and guidelines.
