1. Pursuant to the implementation of the DepEd Joint Memorandum on the Engagement for Information and Communications Technology (ICT) needs and in line with the Division’s commitment to ensure accurate ICT equipment inventory and proper personnel documentation, this Office informs the field of the conduct of ICT equipment inventory to all public schools in the Division starting from November 24, 2025, to February 25, 2025.

2. Agenda of the said inventory are as follows:
a. Review and update of ICT equipment and personnel inventory in preparation for the upcoming Division-wide inventory;
b. Alignment of documentation processes between ICT and schools;
c. Consolidation of personnel and equipment master lists; and
d. Other related matters.

3. The following personnel shall facilitate the conduct of checking of inventory:
a. IT Support Staff;
b. School Property Custodians; and
c. School Personnel in-charge.

4. Enclosed is the schedule of checking of ICT equipment inventory.

5. Participation in this activity shall observe DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and guidelines.
