1. Relative to a letter received from Mr. Jose Luis F. Decena, Social Welfare Assistant of City Operations Office (COO) – Dasmarinas, this Division hereby request all public elementary and secondary schools’ 4Ps Focal Persons/Coordinators to attend the Stakeholders’ Meeting on December 12, 2025, 10:30 AM via Google Meet. The meeting link will be shared on the official 4Ps Coordinators group chat.
2. This meeting aims to strengthen the partnership between DSWD and the Department of Education in ensuring the effective implementation of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps). It will also provide a venue to address school-related concerns of Pantawid learners, share updates, and discuss collaborative initiatives to better support the learner-beneficiaries. Specifically, the agendas of the meeting are the following:
a. Pantawid Updates;
b. Republic Act 11310;
c. Compliance Verification System;
d. Familiarization with all the CVS Forms;
e. Monitoring Period and Timelines;
f. Memorandum of Agreement of DepEd and DSWD 4A (CALABARZON);
g. Not Attending School (NAS); and
h. Presentation of program, Activities, and Best Practices
