1. Pursuant to Memorandum No. 928, s. 2025 titled Conduct of the 2026 Ten Outstanding Guro Awards (TOGA) and Advocacy Talks of the Junior Chamber International (JCI) Manila, this Office informs the field regarding the conduct of 2026 Ten Outstanding Guro Awards (TOGA) and Advocacy Talks of the Junior Chamber International (JCI) Manila on January to June 2026.
2. As emphasized in the RM, the Junior Chamber International (JCI) Manila will conduct advocacy talks, which are prerequisite for teachers to qualify for the TOGA 2026, will cover the following topics:
a. Financial Literacy: How to Save and Earn More
b. Health Protection: How to Live Healthy and Happy
c. Al Tools for Productivity: How to be Productive with Al
d. Purpose with Passion: How to be Motivated in Achieving Your Goals
e. Coaching for Teachers: How to Be a Coach and a Teacher
3. Additional details of the program are stated in the attached RM.
4. Moreover, participation in this activity is voluntary and must not interfere with the delivery of services, in accordance with DepEd Order No. 9, 2025 titled Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-on-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith.
