1. To evaluate the implementation and accomplishments of programs and projects, and to review office and individual performance against the commitments and targets set at the start of Fiscal Year 2025, the School Governance and Operations Division (SGOD) will conduct its 4th Quarter Program Implementation Review and Finalization of Office and Individual Performance Assessment for FY 2025 on January 8, 2026, at Gselle Indoor Pool and Events Place, Green Breeze Village, Langkaan II, City of Dasmarinas.
2. The participants in this activity are all SGOD personnel and staff.
3. Furthermore, all official transactions concerning SGOD shall proceed through alternative platforms such as email, phone calls, text messages and through other official online channels during the review activity.
4. Attached in this Memorandum are the List of Participants and the Program Flow/Schedule of Activities for your reference.
