1. In reference to DepEd Order No. 10, s. 2016, titled “Policy and Guidelines for the Comprehensive Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene in Schools (WASH in Schools) Program,” and DepEd Memorandum No. 223, s. 2016„ titled “Guidelines on the Implementation of the Gulayan sa Paaralan Program (GPP),” the Schools Division Office, through the Health and Nutrition Unit, shall conduct a random monitoring of selected public schools in the City Schools Division of Dasmarinas.
2. The monitoring activity shall cover randomly selected public elementary and secondary schools within the division on the following dates:
• January 12, 2026
• January 22, 2026
• January 23, 2026
