1. In reference to Regional Memorandum No. 937, s. 2025, this Office through the Regional Research Committee (RRC) announces the conduct of the 2026 CALABARZON Educational Researchers Conference (CERCON) with the theme “Research and Digital Action: Paving CALABARZONs Pathways to Accelerated, Collaborative and Future-ready Quality Basic Education”, in May 2026 to be co-hosted by the Schools Division of Cavite Province.
2. In this regard, this Office invites all 10th CDREAM paper and poster presenters to submit the research abstracts of their completed papers on or before February 23, 2026, through this link: https://tinyurl.com/SDODasma-CERCON2026.
3. The entries must be completed research papers aligned with the themes under Basic Research Education Agenda (BERA). Abstracts must be limited to 200-250 words and structured to include a clear Purpose (objectives), Methodology (design, sampling, and data analysis tools), Findings (analysis and discussion), and Conclusions and Recommendations (significant results and actionable insights), followed by a list of italicized keywords to facilitate indexing and retrieval.
4. Enclosed in this Memorandum is the relevant issuance pertaining to the activity for your reference.
