1. Pursuant to the recently released Memorandum from the Office of the Secretary dated January 5, 2026 pertaining to the above-mentioned subject, this Office hereby informs the field of its proper dissemination.
2. The Teachers’ Dignity Coalition on Education (TDC) will hold its National Seminar-Workshop on Education Policy Advocacy and Legal Protection for Teachers on February 27 to March 1, 2026 at the Great Eastern Hotel, Quezon City. The event aims to:
• review the current national policies affecting teachers’ and students’ welfare;
• inform the participants about prevailing education issues and solicit ideas for reform;
• empower teachers and administrators with essential legal knowledge and skills;
• develop policy recommendations to address challenges faced by teachers/parents.
3. Teachers who will participate may opt to attend on Official Business subject to prevailing conditions and travel guidelines including fund utilization.
