1. Relative to Division Memorandum No. 521, s. 2025 titled “Pilot Testing and Full Implementation of Less Paper System”, this Office, through the Records Section, hereby announces the ways of document submission. This aims to ensure proper electronic record-keeping and further streamline document management.
2. In this regard, all documents shall be submitted in hard copy, bearing the corresponding Less Paper System (LPS) Number, and shall strictly follow the document title and details indicated in the LPS. These shall be forwarded to the Records Section for processing, as physical signatures, proper validation, and complete supporting attachments are required. Attached to this memorandum is the list of documents for submission.
