1. Relative to the Advisory from the Director IV of the Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Service (DRRMS), Director Felino O. Castro V dated January 14, 2026, this Division, through the School Governance and Operations Division – Disaster Risk Reduction and Management, encourages all learners, teaching and non-teaching personnel, school heads, and other personnel to enroll to the Fundamentals of Resilience Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) offered by the University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) and the University of the Philippines Resilience Institute (UPRI).
2. This activity aims to deepen the knowledge base of learners and teachers alike on the DRRM-CCAM concepts of risk assessment, hazard mapping, disaster preparedness, among many others.
3. Attached to this Division Memorandum is the mechanics of the said MOOC.
