1. In reference to the unnumbered Memorandum dated January 15, 2026, issued by Atty. Fatima Lipp D. Panontongan, Undersecretary for Procurement and Chief of Staff, this Office hereby disseminates the attached memorandum titled “Invitation to the 8th Training-Workshop and Convention of Public Secondary School Heads” to be conducted by the National Association of Public Secondary School Heads, Inc. (NAPSSHI) on April 14-16, 2026 at the Uypitching Multi-Purpose Hall (UMPH), Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental.
2. The said activity is a live-out assembly open to Public Secondary School Heads School Governance and Operations Division (SGOD) Chiefs, Curriculum Implementation Division (CID) Chiefs, Assistant Principals, Education Program Supervisors, Public Schools District Supervisors, Head Teachers, Master Teachers, and Teachers.
3. Participation shall be on official business, subject to the availability of local funds and compliance with existing government accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
4. Concerned personnel are advised to take note of the details of the activity and coordinate with their immediate supervisors for proper guidance and endorsement.
5. Attached is the copy of the Memorandum for your guidance.
