1. The field is hereby informed of the conduct of the Division Online Management Committee Meeting on January 23, 2026, Friday, from, 9:00 AM onwards at via MS Teams. The MS Teams link, ID and Passcode will be sent to individual accounts of participants.
2. Participation of all concerned is a must. It is understood that NO PROXY IS ALLOWED to attend on behalf of the participants attached hereto.
3. Enclosed is the List of Participants. A link shall be provided for the online participants, which shall be the basis for the issuance of the certificate of appearance. Proper online meeting platform etiquettes shall be observed.
4. Presenters are advised to follow the agenda and observe the time strictly. Further, smart casual attire is preferred.
5. Expenses incurred during the activity shall be charged against local funds, subject to usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
