1. In line with DepEd Order No. 88, s. 2010 titled “Revised Manual of Regulations for Private Schools in Basic Education”, this office through the School Governance and Operations Division will conduct a One-Stop Application Process for Private Schools applying for Renewal of Permit to Operate for School Year 2026-2027.
2. The school applicant must bring all the original copies of the following documents:
a) Letter of Intent addressed to the Regional Director through Schools Division Superintendent stating the nature of application, level being applied for and the specific school year
b) Complete copy of Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) permit
c) Copy of Transfer Certificate Title (TCT)
If no TCT available, copy of Tax Declaration
d) Deed of Donation / Lease Contract (Minimum of 10 years) / Deed of Usufruct (Perpetual Use / 50 years)
e) Certificate of Occupancy for all the buildings being used by the school (Type of Occupancy is Institutional/Education only)
f) LIS and EBEIS Compliance Form
g) Copy of previous permit issued by the Regional Office
h) If the address of the school is different from what is reflected in the SEC Permit, a Barangay Certification attesting that they are one and the same is required.
3. Enclosed is the schedule of schools applying for a Renewal Permit, which should appear in the office with all the documents stated above.
