1. Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 37, s. 2015 and DepEd Order No. 36, s. 2022 or the Comprehensive Disaster Risk Reduction and Management in the Basic Education Framework and the Protocols and Guidelines on the Submission, Receipt, and Processing of Requests Related to the School Building Program, respectively, this Division through the Education Facilities and Disaster Risk Reduction and Management units under the School Governance and Operations Division, hereby informs the field on the conduct of school building and facilities assessment, hazard mapping and DRRM – CSS tool monitoring of all Public Elementary and Secondary Schools for Fiscal Year 2026.
2. All public elementary and secondary schools are advised to prepare the following documents:
a. National School Building Inventory (NSBI) as of January 2026;
b. School Site Development Plan (SDP) as of January 2026;
c. Means of Verification on the progress of the CY 2025 identified hazards.
3. Attached is the list and schedule of priority schools for ocular inspection, the composition of the Division Inspectorate Team and the checklist for suggested MOVs.
