1.  In pursuit of the objectives and goals of Republic Act No. 12028 or the Academic Recovery and Accessible Learning (ARAL) Program and in the spirit of DepEd Order No. 45, s. 2002, titled Reading Literacy Program in the Elementary Schools that mainstreams “Every Child A Reader” with the expectation that no pupil will be promoted to the next higher grade unless he/she manifests mastery of the basic literacy skills in a particular grade level, all graduating pupils of elementary schools in Cluster IV of this Division shall undergo reading screening to be conducted by Dr. Mark Jayson G. Espinosa, Public Schools District Supervisor, and Dr. Cesar Chester O. Relleve, Parent Supervisor, on February 05 to 06, 2026.

Specifically, it shall observe the following timeline:

February 05 to 06, 2026 – Reading Screening in Elementary Schools

February 13, 2026 – Parents’ Assembly with Cluster Supervisors

February 16 to March 13, 2026 – Implementation of Intensified ARAL Program and other Reading Remediations

March 16, 2026 – Post-Intervention Reading Screening
