1. As stated in Division Memorandum 83, s. 2026 announcing the conduct of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines (BSP) Dasmarinas Associate Council’s KID and KAB FEB-IBIGAN 2026 on February 27, 2026, at Dasmarinas City Arena, from 7:00am to 12:00nn, the field is hereby informed of the enclosed program and mechanics of the following activities:
a. That’s My KAB Scout
b. KAB Palabas
c. KID & KAB Palarong Pinoy
d. KID & KAB Olympics
e. KID & KAB FEB-IBIGAN’ Over-all Champion
2. The scout uniform of the participants is stated in the mechanics. Program Management Team, Scouters, and Facilitators may wear Type A or Type C Uniform (Teacher’s Day 2025 T-Shirt or any White Shirt with Neckerchief).
3. There will be a Virtual Orientation Meeting for the Technical Working Group, Elementary School Heads, and Public Schools District Supervisors on February 16, 2026, at 2:00 PM.
4. KID and KAB scout’s parent and/or guardians are highly encouraged to accompany their child. Participation in BSP Scouting activity shall adhere to DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance with other existing DepEd rules and guidelines.
