1. In line with the upcoming Phase 3 Implementation of the Revised K to 12 Curriculum, the Division is requesting the submission of data on teachers who will undergo training.
2. Guidelines for submission of data are as follows:
a. The data must cover Grade 6, Grade 9, and Grade 10 teachers per subject learning areas.
b. Only include teachers who will handle classes in the respective subject areas for the identified grade levels in the upcoming school years.
c. Have contingency plan for teachers with high risk of health risks, maternity leave, and other official absences.
d. The consolidated data will serve as the basis for budgeting and allocation of training resources.
