1. In reference to the communication from the Development Academy of the Philippines re: 2026 Productivity Challenge, this Office, as recommended by the Human Resource Development – National Educators’ Academy of the Philippines (HRDD-NEAP), invites schools to showcase resource-saving initiatives that have resulted to cost savings and improved value for money between January 2025 to August 2026. This activity aims to recognize innovative initiatives that promote efficient, accountable, and transparent public governance.
2. Attached to this Memorandum is the 2026 Moneywise Briefer and 2026 MSEF for guidance.
