1. In support of the Department of Education’s thrust toward digital transformation and the strengthening of assessment practices in technology-enabled learning environments, this Division will conduct a three-day workshop titled: “Designing Effective Assessment Questions in Moodie: A Hands-On Workshop” on February 23-25, 2026 at Dasmarinas East Integrated High School Audio-Visual Room. This initiative aims to equip teachers with the necessary pedagogical and technical competencies to develop valid, reliable, and standards-aligned assessment items using
Moodle, thereby enhancing the quality of online and computer-based assessments administered in schools.
2. Through this activity, teachers will be better prepared to design meaningful digital assessments and to support learners in developing confidence and readiness for national and large-scale assessments delivered through computer-based platforms.
3. Participants are required to bring their own laptops and sample test items to ensure full participation in the hands-on workshop activities.
