1. In reference to Division Memorandum No. 035 s. 2026, titled “List of Participating Athletes, Coaches, Asst. Coaches, Chaperones, and Trainers to the 2026 Regional Athletic Association Meet (RAAM)”, this Office informs the field of the Advance Party and Billeting Set-up in Preparation for 2026 RAAM on March 2, 2026.
2. Attached is the list of the committee members who will participate in this activity. Billeting Set-up Chairman and Members will be staying from March 2, 2026 to March 14, 2026.
3. All other details on the said memorandum are still in effect.
