In preparation for the Regional Festival of Talents (RFOT) on March 16 -20, 2026 in Laguna, an online meeting will be conducted on March 10, 2026, 1:30 PM – 4:00 PM via MS Teams to discuss important reminders, guidelines, and preparations for the event.
