Attached herewith is the announcement from the Civil Service Commission – Regional Office IV re: CSC Regional Office IV Learning and Development Calendar for February to June 2026, for your appraisal with utmost consideration of DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time – On – Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and guidelines. Teaching, related teaching, and non-teaching personnel who shall participate are expected to comply with the applicable provisions of DepEd Order No. 46, s. 2022 titled “Amendment to DepEd Order No. 43, s. 2022 (Omnibus Travel Guidelines for All Personnel of the Department of Education) and Other Appropriate Orders and Guidelines on Travel.

Participation is purely VOLUNTARY. The Organizational and Professional Development for Non-Teaching Personnel – Program Support Fund (OPDNTP-PSF) may be utilized to cover registration fees provided that the activity is within the approved 2025 Office and Learning Development Plan. Use of DepEd funds in participation to this activity is subject to its availability and shall adhere to usual budgeting, accounting, and auditing rules and regulations.
