1. In compliance with DepEd Order No. 44, S. 2004, the City Schools Division of Dasmarinas through School Health and Nutrition Unit (SHNU) will be conducting the Annual Physical Examination of Teaching and Non-Teaching Personnel from May 4- June 5, 2026.
2. In line with the uninterrupted vacation of teaching personnel, All Teaching and Non-Teaching personnel in the division must secure their basic medical requirements of Chest X-ray and Urinalysis results in their most convenient time from March 1, 2026 to April 30, 2026.
