1. The field is hereby informed of the attached schedule of the DISTRIBUTION OF GRADE 1 TO GRADE 3 ELEMENTARY LEARNING PACKETS (WORKSHEETS) procured by the DepEd Region Office.
2. In this regard, all School Property Custodians (SPCs) are advised to proceed to the assigned venue on their respective schedule. Likewise, School Heads are instructed to assign additional staff to help the SPCs and provide transportation to expedite the receiving process.
3. Expenses incurred in this activity shall be charged against available local funds subject to usual accounting and auditing guidelines.
