1. In reference to Division Memorandum No. 132, s. 2026, titled “Division Checking Committee (DCC) for SY 2025-2026 and Schedule of Checking of School Forms”, and to the Division Memorandum No. 196, s. 2026 as Addendum, this Memorandum is hereby issued to provide additional members of DCC Sub-committees.
2. The following school personnel are hereby deputized as additional members of the Checking Committees of Clusters 1, 8, 9 and 10 to address scheduling conflicts affecting some of the original members of the cluster:
