1. Relative to DepEd Order No. 60, s. 2016 titled “Implementation of the Financial Management Operations Manual (FMOM) and the orientation of DepEd financial management staff to ensure transparency, accountability, and uniform financial practices across all levels of the Department, the City Schools Division of Dasmarinas will be holding a Seminar for Strengthening Financial Management for New Leaders and Financial Staff on March 24, 2026 at Dasmarinas Integrated High School Library.
2. This seminar workshop aims to capacitate new school leaders and new financial staff on the rules and regulations on basic financial concepts and processes guided by the FMOM.
3. Participants in this seminar are the Schools & SDO new financial staff and new school leaders, specifically:
a. School Accountant
b. Senior Bookkeepers
c. Disbursing Officers
d. New School Head
e. Assistant School Principal & OIC’s
4. Participants should be at the venue at exactly 8 o’ clock in the morning.
