1. In reference to Regional Memorandum No. 209, s. 2026, this Office, through the Curriculum Implementation Division (CID), informs the field of the Regional Delegation for the 2026 National Schools Press Conference (NSPC) to be held on April 13-17, 2026, (exclusive of travel time) in Ormoc City, Leyte, Region VIII-Eastern Visayas, with the theme: Mapanuri, Mapanindigan, at Mapanagutang Pamamayag (Criticial, Principled, and Accountable Journalism).
2. Division delegates, particularly the School Paper Advisers, are advised to assist their campus journalists in securing the required documents prior to the conduct of the activity. They are likewise enjoined to disseminate to all relevant information to concerned stakeholders, including campus journalists, parents, and school heads.
