1. The field is hereby informed of the enclosed letter from Boy Scouts of the Philippines (BSP) Dasmarinas City Associate Council endorsing the participation to the Course for Managers of Learning (CML) on April 16-22, 2026, at Mt. Makiling, Los Banos, Laguna.
2. This field hereby further endorses the participation of Scout Leader Jhomar E. Onas, Paliparan III Senior High School, and expresses full support for his national-level training. The aforementioned training will equip him with the necessary advanced competencies in council management, leadership, and program implementation that will be beneficial to the Dasmarinas City Associate Council.
3. Expenses that may be incurred in the conduct and participation in this activity shall be charged against available local funds, subject to the usual government accounting and auditing rules and regulations. The name appearing in this memorandum shall serve as the travel authority for attending onsite sessions.
