1. Pursuant to DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2024-071, this Office informs all concerned that the City of Dasmarinas – Nutrition Unit, under the City Health Office, will conduct the Monitoring and Evaluation for Local Level Plan Implementation (MELLPI) Pro from April 7 to May 6, 2026.
2. This activity aims to assess the performance of Barangay Nutrition Committees (BNCs) and determine eligibility for the Green Banner Seal of Compliance Award, which is granted to barangays achieving at least 85% compliance rating.
3. In this regard, the support and participation of public elementary schools are requested during the scheduled barangay visits. However, it is noted that the conduct of this activity coincides with the teachers’ uninterrupted vacation period. School Heads, or in their absence, a designated school representative, are requested to ensure presence and participation during the scheduled visit to their respective barangays in order to identify gaps and provide recommendations for program improvement.
