1. In reference with Executive Order No. 009-s-2026 which is a order adopting the Energy Conservation Protocols as provided in Memorandum Circular No. 114-s-2026 issued by the Office of the President, directing all offices of the City Government of Dasmarinas to comply therewith.
2. In line with the implementation of the compressed workweek schedule by the Local Government Unit (LGU), please be informed that starting April 13, 2026 (Monday), our Local School Board (LSB) utility workers will likewise adopt the same arrangement.
3. This schedule ensures the completion of the required 40 working hours per week, with Fridays designated as no duty days.
4. To facilitate monitoring, schools shall indicate the official reporting hours of their respective utility workers through this link: https://tinyurl.com/LSBOfficialHours. This document will serve as a
reference for tracking the temporary implementation of compressed workweek hours, in support of mitigating measures related to the national energy emergency.
