1. In reference to DepEd Memorandum titled Project BANDA: DepEd School Readiness 2026, this Office respectfully requests the submission of the following requirements for compliance not later than April 28, 2026:
a. TVL Learning Tools and Equipment Inventory List
b. TVL Learners – Takers and Passers of the National Competency Assessment of TESDA
c. List of School Industry Partners for Work Immersion per TVL Specialization, with the number of learners hired for employment.
2. All submissions must be uploaded to the link below within the prescribed dates to ensure timely consolidation and reporting to the Department.
