2. The submission of the Annual Accomplishment Data Reports on school Health-related Programs, projects and activities on ARH was crafted and directed from Office Memorandum OUOPS- 2025-07-02351 to monitor the implementation of Learner Support Programs and focuses on the improvement of learner’s readiness in terms of physical and mental health and proper nourishment and character
formation.
3. The ARH Related Health Cases for SY 2025-2026 shall be answered and accessed and submitted through this link: https://bit.ly/ARHProfilingandSubmissionofReportsSY2025-2026 using a valid DepEd e-mail address. All schools may access this link starting on May 4, 2026 and shall submit it on or before May 8, 2026.
