1. Relative to Regional Memorandum No. 289, s. 2026, this Office, through the Planning and Research Unit, informs the field on the hereby provides updates relative to the conduct of the 2026 CALABARZON Educational Researchers’ Conference (CERCon) to be co-hosted by the Schools Division of Cavite Province on May 18-20, 2026.
2. The attendees of this conference are the Schools Division Superintendent, Assistant Schools Division Superintendent who will also serve as panelists/judges, Senior Education Program Specialists for Planning and Research (SEPS for P&R), Research Presenters and the additional participants.
