1. Pursuant to the Anti-Red Tape Authority Memorandum Circular No. 2026-002, titled “Guidelines for the Observance of the 2026 Ease of Doing Business (EODB) Month Celebration with the Theme: “Achieving results through Transparency and Accountability (ARTA): Towards a more productive Bagong Pilipinas”, this Office encourages all public schools to actively participate in the nationwide observance of the Ease of Doing Business (EODB) Month this May.
2. The objective for this year’s celebration is to promote transparency, accountability, and responsive government service delivery in a cost-effective, energy efficient, and results-oriented manner.
3. All public servants are encouraged to participate in the ARTA-led activities for the month long EODB Month Celebration:
• Grand EODB Fair – Regional Sorties
• ARTAkbo – EODB Advocacy Run
• 2026 EODB Photo and Reels Making Contest
4. Moreover, the ARTA recommends agencies of various activities in celebration of the EODB Month:
• EODB Segment in Flag Raising Ceremonies
• Conduct of Forum and Stakeholder Engagement
• Information and Advocacy Initiatives
• EODB Lanes for High-Impact Services
