1. Relative to Council Memorandum No. 01, s. 2026 of BSP Dasmarinas City Associate Council, titled “Establishment of BSP Dasmarinas City Associate Council Local Council Executive Board Composition (LCEB),” this Office hereby disseminates this issuance for reference of all concerned.
2. Enclosed in this memorandum are the Permit to Operate by the BSP National Office to the Local Government of the City of Dasmarinas and the issuance of Executive Order No. 010, s. 2026 by the City Government of Dasmarinas.
3. In light of this, the Local Council Executive Board is recognized as the policy-making and governing body of Dasmarinas City Associate Council, responsible for managing, directing, and supervising the Scouting initiatives and programs within its jurisdiction.
4. Wide dissemination of this Memorandum is directed.
