1. In view of the maternity leave of Ms. Sheena Rhys C. Descallar, Administrative Officer IV of Property and Supply Unit, Ms. Jessica V. Grifaldo, Administrative Officer IV of Procurement Unit, is hereby designated as Office-In-Charge of the Property and Supply Unit from May 01, 2026 until June 29, 2026. She will sign all routine communications and reports with exemption of Procurement related forms.
