In reference to DM-OUHROD-2026-1250, regarding the Submission of the Electronic School Form 7 (eSF7) for School Year 2025-2026, all public elementary and secondary school heads are requested to submit their latest eSF7 in XSLB format only through InsightEd. following the prescribed filename format: ESF7 _[SchoolCode]_2026.
2. For detailed instruction on navigating the eSF7 Hub within the application, kindly access bit.ly/InsightED-eSF7Guide. Moreover, the updated eSF7 tool, along with the FAQs and reference memo may be accessed through the link: https://tinyurl.com/e-SF7FY2026.
3. To ensure the stability of the system, all public schools are directed to adhere with the adjusted submission schedule per region. For Region IV-A, submission window is on May 25-29, 2026 only.
4. To provide guidance and assistance to all concerned, a virtual meeting with the school heads and personnel in-charge in the preparation of eSF7 shall be conducted on May 7, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. The link to access the meeting room will be provided to all participants prior to the meeting via official messenger
group chats.
