In view of DepEd Order No.8, s.201 5 re: Policy Guidelines on Classroom Assessment for the K to 12 Basic Education Program, “A learner who receives a grade below 75 in any subject in a quarter must be given intervention through remediation and extra lessons from the teacher/s of that subject…p.17”, in conformity, this office requests all Senior High Schools to submit the list
of students who received a failing grade during the first quarter of this school year and the respective intervention activity provided for the student to help them improve their performance.
